- Up to two registered tenants of each home in the District at Predator Ridge are entitled to the privileges outlined in the Tenant Advantage program. Children between the age of 14 – 21, living fulltime in the household will also receive complimentary access to the amenities, but are not entitled to preferred pricing and discounts.
- Qualifying purchases are for items to be used or consumed by the two registered tenants only.
- Please note: Predator Ridge can make changes to the program at any time without notice.
- The Tenant digital identification card is issued in good faith by Predator Ridge and will expire at the end of the rental term.
- The card will serve as photo identification for tenants while they are at the resort and will entitle tenants to a level of rebate or discount on various goods and services at the resort (some restrictions apply). The range of rebates and/or discounts offered is at the discretion of Predator Ridge Resort and may at times, be amended without notice, as it is deemed appropriate by Predator Ridge Resort. We will endeavor to communicate to tenants the valid discount opportunities at all times.
- The card is issued by Predator Ridge Resort at its discretion and any rebates, discounts or privileges associated with the card may be revoked at the discretion of the resort, at any time. Predator Ridge undertakes to provide as much notice as possible with regard to changes in entitlement.
- The card will remain the property of Predator Ridge Resort and may be renewed at the discretion of Predator Ridge.
- The card is not transferable.

- Discount at restaurants does not include alcohol, specially priced food & beverage items and does not apply to any special event or feature dinners or brunches. Discount applies to two registered tenants of the home only. No exceptions. Any rebates, discounts or privileges to which the tenant is entitled can only be invoked if the tenant presents their card at the point of sale.
